Usage

Once you have installed it, gaelic-prefix, gaelic-postfix and gaelic-latin input methods will be available.

gaelic-prefix

Input method with prefix modifiers:

'a -> á'e -> é'i -> í'o -> ó'u -> ú

.b -> ḃ.c -> ċ.d -> ḋ.f -> ḟ.g -> ġ
.m -> ṁ.p -> ṗ.s -> ṡ.t -> ṫ

'(SPC) -> '.(SPC) -> .

gaelic-postfix

Input method with postfix modifiers:

a' -> áe' -> éi' -> ío' -> óu' -> ú

b. -> ḃc. -> ċd. -> ḋf. -> ḟg. -> ġ
m. -> ṁp. -> ṗs. -> ṡt. -> ṫ

'' -> '.. -> .

gaelic-latin

Input method with latin alphabet:

aa -> áee -> éii -> íoo -> óuu -> ú

bh -> ḃch -> ċdh -> ḋfh -> ḟgh -> ġ
mh -> ṁph -> ṗsh -> ṡth -> ṫ

aaa -> aabhh -> bhetc.

Known Problems

Quail-gaelic only covers Irish Gaelic (and Scottish Gaelic?) but not covers Manx Gaelic for lacking of these characters: ÂÊÎÔÛÇ âêîôûç

To cover Manx Gaelic, we need a separated input method like manx-gaelic-postfix, manx-gaelic-prefix, and so on.
