Quail-gaelic is an input method based on quail. It is designed for writing gaelic text in diacritic lenition (e.g. oíċe) -- not digraphic lenition. (e.g. oíche)

Quail-gaelic only covers Irish Gaelic (and Scottish Gaelic?) but not
covers Manx Gaelic for lacking of these characters: ÂÊÎÔÛÇ âêîôûç
To cover Manx Gaelic, we need a separated input method like
manx-gaelic-postfix, manx-gaelic-prefix, and so on.
